Some familiar faces have joined the Virtual Console in North America today. On the Nintendo Wii U, two Rayman games have made their debut. Rayman 3 and Rayman Advance have appeared. Meanwhile, Nintendo Switch owners can grab ACA NeoGeo Fatal Fury.

Rayman 3 is the Game Boy Advance version of the game, which was originally released in 2003. Andre, a Black Lum, has turned all of the Red Lums black and furry, making them all Hoodlums. Itā€™s up to Rayman to save the day. Unlike the console and computer versions of the game, which were in 3D, this is a 2D platformer. It is $7.99 in the eShop.

Rayman Advance is the Game Boy Advance port of the original Rayman that debuted in 2001. It is designed to be slightly easier than the original game. Various restrictions meant that certain changes needed to be made, as a few levels were removed and music adjusted. It is $7.99 in the eShop.

ACA NeoGeo Fatal Fury first appeared in arcades and on the Neo Geo in 1991. It is $7.99 on the eShop. Players use Terry Bogard, Andy Bogard, or Joe Higashi to fight through the King of Fighters tournament to reach Geese Howard and get revenge for Jeff Bogardā€™s death. It was known for having two rows in many of its stages. There is also two-player cooperative play, as a second player joining during the first playerā€™s fight against the AI will help them fight that opponent before heading into their own one-on-one match. It is $7.99 in the eShop.
