Recommended Videos

Alexander Brandon, composer of Deus Ex, Thief, Unreal, and the most recent Torment: Tides of Numeria, has announced that he is working with Retro Studios on a project. Brandon said this in a recent post on his Facebook page:

“I’m currently working with Retro Studios here in Austin. As much as I’d like to say more (except the work is incredibly exciting and the team is awesome), I can’t.”

In the past, Retro Studios has worked on a number of Nintendo games, including the Donkey Kong Country series on Wii, Wii U, and 3DS as well as the Metroid Prime trilogy on GameCube and Wii. The last title the studio worked on was Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, and many are anxious to know what their next project will be. There is a possibility that we will find out what the project Alexander Brandon is working on with them will be revealed at this year’s E3.
