Digimon Adventure tri. Getting A Stage Play To Tell A Side Story Of The Eight DigiDestined

Toei Animation revealed today that Digimon is getting a “super evolution” stage play called Digimon Adventure tri.: The August 1 Adventure” at the Zepp Blue Theater Roppongi in Tokyo on August 5 through 13.

 

Not much else is known about the play other than how it’ll be produced by Polygon Magic and it will “tell a side story of the eight DigiDestined.” More information on the cast and visuals will be revealed in the coming days.
