Overwatch Decreases The Amount Of Duplicates Found In Lootboxes

Recommended Videos

Blizzard has shared a new video in which Overwatch lead designer Jeff Kaplan highlights a couple of big changes coming to the game. You can check it all out in the following video.

Firstly, one complaint players have expressed fairly consistently is the ability to save their top five highlights without having them erased when turning off either their console or PC. The new change will allow your highlights to be viewable for 24 hours. Additionally, if you do something in-game that you think was pretty awesome and want to record it, you will now be able to press the capture key to save your play which will then be viewable in the Highlights section.

A fairly big change is also coming to the game’s lootbox system. The number of duplicates a player receives has been considerably reduced, which the development team hopes will bring more enjoyment to reoccurring players and better incentivize playing the game.

Overwatch is available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
