Monster Hunter: World Offers A Look Inside The Ancient Forest

Recommended Videos

Capcom has released a new trailer for Monster Hunter: World. In this new video, which lasts about 23-minutes, we get to see a hunter heading off to fight an entirely new beast in a whole new area. To be more specific, it sends us into the Ancient Forest after a Anjanath.

The Monster Hunter: World video shows a number of creatures and features present in the New World, the game’s new continent. There are 14 different weapons to choose from in this entry. In this particular hunt, we not only see the Anjanath, but also the Great Jagras and Rathalos. To help survive, the hunter uses a Scoutfly to find their prey, ghillie suit to camouflage himself, and slinger to lure monsters into traps or fights with one another.

Monster Hunter: World will come to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in 2018, with a PC version arriving later.
