Splatoon 2 Is Adding The Classic Squiffer As A New Weapon Tomorrow

Nintendo revealed that short-ranged sniper weapon, the “Classic Squiffer,” will be making a return in Splatoon 2 as a new weapon tomorrow.

For those of you unfamiliar with the Classic Squiffer, it’s a sniper rifle weapon with shorter range, but makes up for its lack of reach with blazing fast charge speed. With the ability to splat opponents in a single blast when fully charged, it makes it quite the formidable weapon in the right hands.

The Classic Squiffer comes with Point Sensors as the sub weapon and Ink Armor as its special weapon.
