More Single Player Content Headed To Stardew Valley

Eric “ConcernedApe” Barone has offered a hint as to what the future holds for Stardew Valley. Multiplayer is going to make its debut in 2018, both on PCs and consoles, but it seems it will not be the only free update. In a tweet, Barone confirms that there will also be free content for the single-player experience.

Barone does not offer any details on what this free single-player content will look like. He just notes that the new Stardew Valley additions will be released alongside the multiplayer update. He also shares a picture of a boat at the beach. Unlike other boats moored there, this one is much larger and appears to have a captain’s section or possibly living quarters.

Stardew Valley is available for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC. Multiplayer will come to the PC versions of the game first, followed by the Nintendo Switch, then finally the remaining consoles.
