Body Of Evidence Puts Players On Post-Murder Cleanup

Body of Evidence is a puzzle game of post-murder cleanup, having players look at the environments and decide the best ways they can hide dead bodies, blood stains, and other evidence before your guests arrive.

Players are given some very strict time limits to cover up a murder scene in each of the game’s thirty stages. Someone is typically on the verge of arrival in every level, so players need to quickly assess what items can be used to cover up evidence, where they can stash bodies that they’ll stay out of sight, and what other ways they can clean or hide any remaining hints to the murder. The most mundane things can be used to cover things up, like closing a curtain to hide a broken window, covering up a stain with a carpet, or stuffing a body in a trunk, leaving players free to try just about anything they think will work.

Body of Evidence features multiple different ways for the player to hide things in each stage, encouraging experimentation in how they clean up the area. It also has a dark sense of humor as players soon start taking on jobs for the police and the mafia, steadily becoming a professional cleaner through their work.

Body of Evidence is slated to release in Q2 2018, but they can wishlist it now on Steam.
