Final Fantasy XV: Episode Ignis Has A Post-Clear Alternate Route And Battle Against Noctis

Square Enix held the latest Active Time Report live stream for Final Fantasy XV, where new information on the upcoming DLC Episode Ignis was shared, including a look at its opening and fight against Noctis.   The above is a look at the opening stages of Final Fantasy XV: Episode Ignis along with a battle against Noctis.   Here are some more highlights from the broadcast:

• The play time if you do the story alone is about one to two hours.

• There’s an alternate route that unlocks after clearing the game. The route becomes available after Ignis makes a certain decision.

• The alternate route revolves around a boss fight and will be extremely difficult.

• The alternate route ending was made with people who were moved by the ending of the main volume in mind.

• Episode Ignis will have the most story volume of all the DLC.

• A battle against Noctis will be available after clearing Episode Ignis.

  Final Fantasy XV is available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The PC version launches in early 2018. Episode Ignis will be available on December 13, 2017.
