We previously reported 5pb. is bringing the mass multiplayer battle action beat ‘em up Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Overdrive to Nintendo Switch, and we now have a new trailer. The Nintendo Switch version supports TV Mode, Tabletop Mode, and Handheld Mode. It also comes with all DLCs including additional characters Kurisu Makise from Steins;Gate and Frau Koujiro from Robotics;Notes. The game balance has also been adjusted for skill strengths and enemy positioning, and alternate routes from the PS4 version have been removed to avoid over-complication. We’ll see online multiplayer and the Arcade Mode’s Online Ranking added through a free update sometime in 2018. As for language options, it has Japanese voicing and will support the following languages for text: Japanese, English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Chinese (simplified), Russian. Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Overdrive releases on December 7, 2017 for Nintendo Switch via eShop. It’ll be priced at 1,000 yen (plus tax), $9.99 USD, and 7.99€.
