Atelier Lydie & Suelle’s Latest Gameplay Video Shows Us More Of Its New Synthesis System

Recommended Videos

Gust shared a new trailer for Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists of the Mysterious Paintings with a highlight on the series’ latest synthesis system.

The synthesis system in Atelier Lydie & Suelle isn’t too different from what we’ve seen so far in the Mysterious series, where you place ingredients into panels in puzzle game-like style.

You can use a catalyst to create special panels for bonus effects. Placing items on these panels grants various bonus effects, and you can also use “Activation Items” to greatly influence the item’s effects and characteristics.

Gust also shared the latest Atelier Lydie & Suelle Soundtrack & Vocal Album sample video, which you can check out in the above embed.

Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists of the Mysterious Paintings releases in Japan on December 21 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Nintendo Switch. The game releases in North America and Europe,in early 2018 alongside a PC release.
