Go Wild With Decorations In Dynasty Warriors 9’s “Hideout” Housing System

Recommended Videos

Dynasty Warriors 9’s officers will need a place to rest after juggling thousands of enemies all day, and they’ll be able to do just that in the Hideout feature that was detailed in this week’s issue of Famitsu magazine. [Thanks, Ryokutya2089.]

We got a first look at the Hideout feature in Dynasty Warriors 9’s latest trailer (at the 4:36 mark). It’s basically a vacation home located in a quiet place full of nature just outside the city.

You start out with an empty house in which you can place interior decorations acquired from merchants and such on the floor and walls. Furniture types include shelves, chairs, beds, furnaces, gongs, and more.

Furniture serves all kinds of different purposes, for example you can receive letters for your officers, cook, change BGM, create, or even give you the ability to change time. You can even have other officers visit by placing a sofa.

Dynasty Warriors 9 releases in Japan on February 8, 2018 for PlayStation 4. It’ll release in North America and Europe on February 13 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
