Valkyria Chronicles 4’s First Gameplay Footage Shows Familiar Elements And New Features

Sega shared a first look at some gameplay footage of Valkyria Chronicles 4 during a special live stream today, where we got to check out its familiar elements and various gameplay mechanics.

During the live stream, we got a first look at new stage features:

It shows the “Dummy Tank” that is basically a decoy for enemies as well as new environmental effects such as fire and blizzards that can block up the map.

 

Valkyria Chronicles 4 releases in Japan on March 21, 2018 for PlayStation 4 and for Nintendo Switch in Summer 2018. The game will head to North America and Europe in 2018 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
