When SteamWorld Dig 2 launched, the Nintendo Switch was the first platform it appeared on. Now, it turns out the original game is going to appear on the system as well. The Image & Form Games official Twitter account confirmed that SteamWorld Dig will appear on the Nintendo Switch on February 1, 2018.

The Nintendo Switch version of SteamWorld Dig has already been priced. It will be $9.99 / €9.99. It is unknown if there will be any special features for this version of the game.

SteamWorld Dig originally made its debut on the Nintendo 3DS in August 2013. It has since appeared on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo Wii U, Xbox One and PC.
