The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild’s Special Artwork Celebrates Its 1st Anniversary

Today is the first anniversary of the Nintendo Switch console which released on March 3, 2017, and that means it’s also the anniversary of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Here’s special artwork for the occasion that was shared on the Zelda series’ official Japanese Twitter account:

Since its launch in March 3, 2017, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild sold 6.70 million units as of December 31, 2017 for the Nintendo Switch version. If you include the Wii U version which released at the same time, it has sold over 7.5 million units total.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is available on the Nintendo Switch and Wii U.
