Splatoon 2 Introduces Octo Expansion Mem Cakes

Recommended Videos

Nintendo has released information on a new collectible people will find in the Splatoon 2 Octo Expansion campaign. When people complete challenges, they will acquire Mem Cakes. The tweet describes them as items found “by piecing together the lost memories of Agent 8.”

Three screenshots are accompanied by this announcement. One shows Mem Cakes that resemble Inklings, Judd, Lil’ Judd, Octotrooper, Salmonid, Splattershot and SquidForce White Tee. The Inkling Squid screenshot shows it is number 8 of 80 Mem Cakes and offers a poem questioning whether Inklings and Octolings are destined to fight and hate one another.
