Last week saw the return of Lloyd Bannings and Elie MacDowell from Zero no Kiseki and Ao no Kiseki, and this week Tio and Randy are also back to round out the Crossbell Police S.S.S. members. [Thanks, 4Gamer!]

Tio Plato (CV: Kaori Mizuhashi)
A chief researcher from the Epstein Foundation, as well as a member of the Crossbell Police Department’s Special Support Section. After Crossbell’s invasion, she returned to the Epstein Foundation and became the chief researcher of the Crossbell Division.
She appears to have gone missing after the events at the capital.
Randy Orlando (CV: Shinichiro Miki)
The candid but dependable head instructor of Class VIII: Tactics Division at the Thors Academy Reaves II campus. He also helped solve various incidents as part of the S.S.S. in the Crossbell Police Department.
He was last seen trying to help students who were in danger at the capital.
Apart from Tio and Randy, it was revealed that Lost Arts will make a return in Trails of Cold Steel IV. There will also be an Auto mode for random battles which makes the characters do normal attacks while sped-up. If there are Link Attacks that can be performed, they will be done automatically.
