Xseed Games is currently working on a PC port of Ys: Memories of Celceta. To help people see how things are going, it has been offering stream updates. In the description of the latest upload, it notes that this version of the launch will arrive in Summer 2018. (The initial announcement only offered a 2018 window.)

The latest video shows when Adol and the party meet Calilica, an apprentice apostle. During the stream, they have it at 130fps. The frame rate can be unlocked. However, the stream is set at 30fps, so it does not show properly.

Ys: Memories of Celceta is immediately available for the PC. It is immediately available for the PlayStation Vita.
