Sanrio announced the results of their annual Character Ranking recently, and the Splatoon 2 collaboration took first place in the Collaboration category. Splatoon 2 collaborated with Sanrio for a tournament-style Splatfest, as well as character goods such as real Splatfest T-shirts back from May until June in Japan. The collaboration took first place ahead of a How to Keep a Mummy x Pompompurin collab (2nd place), a Panpaka Pants x Pompompurin collab (3rd place), and more. Splatoon 2 is available for Nintendo Switch.
