Back in December 2016 we learned that the Arc the Lad series was coming back as part of a “reboot Project” by Sony’s smartphone company ForwardWorks. We’ll finally learn more on July 30 according to its official website.
No further information was shared for the upcoming smartphone game that is in development by the original staff of Arc the Lad and Arc the Lad II, including Toshiro Tsuchida who worked on planning, drafting, and game design. Its scenario writer is Norihiko Yonesaka, and it is also getting supervised and art drafts by Eiji Koyama, Ryuichi Kunisue, Hiroshi Hayashi. Last but not least, it’ll have sounds by Masahiro Andoh of T-Square.
