Square Enix and Dragon Quest series producer Yuji Horii officially announced Dragon Quest XI on Nintendo Switch will be titled Dragon Quest XI S. [Thanks, Games Talk!]
The ‘S’ in the name stands for ‘Switch’, ‘Special’, and ‘Speaking’. The Nintendo Switch version is set to add character voice acting to the game, similar to how it was handled for Dragon Quest XI’s Western release.
Dragon Quest XI S is in development for Nintendo Switch, but it’ll be a while longer until it releases. Dragon Quest XI is available for PlayStation 4, and Nintendo 3DS in Japan.
