Golf Story Galf Minigame Coming To The NES

When Golf Story appears for sale on Limited Run Games on September 28, 2018, it will be joined by an NES edition of Galf, the minigame found within the Nintendo Switch game that is inspired by the NES game Golf. The NES version will have a new VS mode that allows two people to play together.

When Galf appears for sale on Limited Run Games, there will be three possible cartridge options for $44.99. There will be 1,500 sold, 450 of them golf ball white and 1,050 of them grassy green. Each one is in a retro-inspired box and comes with a dust sleeve and instruction manual. Spoony Bard Productions’ Tomas Guinan is responsible for this version’s programming, while Infinite NES Lives is making the cartridge shells.

 

Orders for Golf Story’s standard and Winner’s editions will open on September 28, 2018 as well. The standard copy is $29.99 and includes the game in a case. The Winner’s Edition is $79.99 and comes with Golf Story, an 11×17” Galf poster, a Tidy Park membership card, a Wellworn Grove golf ball with matching tee, and the Wellworn Grove trophy.

 

Golf Story is immediately available on the Nintendo Switch eShop.
