Varnir of the Dragon Star, Compile Heart’s latest “Galapagos RPG” with a dark twist, is the major release this week, coming out just a few weeks before Halloween. While it remains a turn-based RPG, it does something different by having mid-air battles with three different layers to move and attack from instead, and also will feature a collaboration with several Falcom dragons. Another interesting release is SWERY’s The Missing, which features a female protagonist looking for her friend on a mysterious island. The key to progressing through the game will be to die. A lot.
