Nintendo DS awards two games with platinum status

Animal Crossing: Wild World (Doubutsu no Mori DS) and Kahashima Ryuuta Kyouju no Nouo Kitaeru Otona DS Training (aka Brain Training DS) both broke the million mark in Japan last week! Both of these games are the first games to go platinum on the Nintendo DS. Animal Crossing Wild World managed to do this in about a month, it was released on November 23. While Brain Training has been selling steadily since May 19th. Also both of these games are part of Nintendo’s “Touch Generations” series, which is aimed at bringing non-gamers into gaming.
