Dragon Quest Builders 2 will have you do more building than ever with multiplayer and customization. One place players will visit a lot it the recently revealed “Material Island” where you’ll get building material.

Material Isalnd is where you’ll visit for more knowledge on building and to make more friends. There are all kinds of different islands like this one that are by Empty Island. Here you’ll find various building materials, from valuable ores to seeds of rare flowers. Once you find enough material, things such as wood and string can be used infinitely on the workbench.
The material you find can be registered to complete lists and such.
Here’s a look at some gathering in multiplayer mode.
In addition to improvements in gathering and exploration, the building part has a lot of improvements, including some fun additions such as the “Builder 100 Sights” where you’ll get to see work of other players that won official contests.
Dragon Quest Builders 2 introduces all kinds of new blocks, including the Magnet Block that moves based on the magnets you’ve set.
The Trampoline can help you jump higher.
The Launch Pipe can shoot fireworks.
And the Sign Board can be used to display messages to show off your creations and such.
Dragon Quest Builders 2 releases in Japan on December 20, 2018 for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The game is headed West in 2019.
