Sega announced that its upcoming smartphone and PC game Yakuza Online will launch on November 21. The company also announced that there will be a pre-release Yakuza Online live stream on November 19.
The live stream will feature Yakuza Online protagonist Ichiban Kasuga’s voice actor Kazuhiro Nakaya and Kazuma Kiryu’s voice actor in Takaya Kuroda. The two will split between team Kazuma Kiryu vs. team Ichiban Kasuga, and various guests will join them in the competition.
They’ll also reveal the results of the Yakuza series character popularity contest with the top character being added to Yakuza Online. From the developers side we’ll have Yakuza series’ chief producer Masayoshi Yokoyama and Yakuza Online director Akio Horii joining the mix.
The live stream takes place on November 19 at 9:15pm JST. It’ll be available via YouTube and Periscope.
Yakuza Online launches in Japan on November 21, 2018 for PC, iOS, and Android.
