Jonathan Mak's superb fusion of Lumines and Geometry Wars, Everyday Shooter, is a must play. I was blown away by it back at E3. Actually, I was so impressed that I ended up dragging other people to check it out while they were waiting to play Ratchet and Heavenly Sword. Everyday Shooter is simple in scope, you only play one song and aim shots with your analog stick. Each time you shoot a geometric nemesis it emits a harmony that adds to the music in the background. The concept is rock solid and it's just $10, which is like what? Two beers on a Saturday night?
