Ready to see another one of the courses coming up in the new Sonic the Hedgehog racing game? Well, get a look at the Team Sonic Racing Whale Lagoon track! It is accompanied by the “Whale Lagoon” track, which is a new song that will appear in the game and was composed by Jun Senoue.
Whale Lagoon is a beach-themed area with what appear to be underwater segments and features a killer whale. “Whale Lagoon” was written by Senoue and performed by Hyper Potions. As a reminder, Senoue also created music for Sonic Generations, Sonic Mania and Sonic Forces.

In addition to the new song and peek at the next track, Sega offered an update on Team Sonic Racing livestreams. The official videos should resume in December 2018. First, there will be a test episode. Then, in January 2019, season three of the streams will begin.
Team Sonic Racing will be released on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on May 21, 2019.
