NeoBards Entertainment has just released a press release confirming the company’s involvement with the Onimusha: Warlords. It will be working with Capcom on the remaster, helping make sure the game is ready for returning fans and a new audience. As a reminder, this remaster will do more than up the resolution, as it will also have an easy mode and a new control scheme.

This will mark NeoBards Entertainment’s second game with Capcom. Previously, the company worked on Devil May Cry HD Collection. That compilation released in March 2018 and gave people access to Devil May Cry, Devil May Cry 2, and Devil May Cry 3: Dante’s Awakening Special Edition. It’s defining feature was allowing people to play the games at 60fps in 1080p.

Onimusha: Warlords will make its Japanese debut on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on December 20, 2018. It will make its worldwide debut on all three consoles and the PC on January 15, 2018.
