Square Enix made the Octopath Traveler team into a proper Business Division after the success of the Switch RPG. Producers Tomoya Asano and Masashi Takahashi shared more on ambitions for 2019 in Famitsuās year-end talk with 119 developers.
Square Enix Business Division 11 executive Tomoya Asano and Octopath and Octopath Traveler producer Masashi Takahashi have worked together since the first Bravely Default. The two shared a bit on what theyāve been up to along with ambitions for 2019. Asano previously mentionedĀ that they were working on Switch titles, but that it didn’t mean they were only working on Switch games.
