A Certain Magical Index: Imaginary Fest Revealed For Smartphones; Launches 2019 In Japan

Square Enix previously teased a collaboration project involving the creators of A Certain Magical Index, and today the company revealed that it is a brand-new smartphone RPG coming to Japan in 2019.

 

Here’s a new teaser trailer from Square Enix:

The new game is described as an “academy superpower battle RPG” that features familiar characters from the anime, film, and brand-new characters who’ll be making their debut with this game.

 

In addition to getting a taste of famous scenes from the anime, it’ll have flashy scenes for special moves, simple controls for smartphones, and customizable decks that allow you to make dream teams of your favorite characters to go up against others.

 

A Certain Magical Index: Imaginary Fest launches in 2019 in Japan for iOS and Android.
