Umihara Kawase Fresh! Swings In With A New Trailer Explaining Rope Physics Gameplay

Recommended Videos

Rope physics are always a big deal in Umihara Kawase games and it’ll be another big part of Umihara Kawase Fresh! for Switch. Success shared a new trailer that explains its “pendulum” gameplay.

The video was put together mostly for beginners, so veterans of the series will likely be familiar with what’s shown here. It demonstrates how the fishing line is used to swing between platforms, and how the protagonist uses momentum from stretching the line to catapult herself great distances.

Umihara Kawase Fresh! releases for Nintendo Switch on April 25, 2019. Check out more from the game with a look at its Sky World and Overworld. We also recently got to check out a trailer focusing on the basics of cooking.
