Nintendo recently announced that the Nintendo Labo’s upcoming Toy-Con VR Kit is getting an update that adds support for Super Mario Odyssey with a brand-new VR mode. The company shared new details and screenshots on the official Super Mario Odyssey Twitter account.
In the VR Mode, players will get to check out Cap Kingdom, Seaside Kingdom, and Luncheon Kingdom. In this areas, players will be tasked with collecting music notes that have been scattered across different areas in order to get various instruments.
These instruments are then given to musicians who in turn become your band members.
Once all the musicians get their instruments, a special concert takes place at the venue in Metro Kingdom.
The Nintendo Labo Toy-Con 04: VR Kit updates will arrive on April 25, 2019. It’ll also include one for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild as previously reported.
Super Mario Odyssey is available for Nintendo Switch.
