Team SpicyTails has revealed that the VR title Spice & Wolf VR has been set for a June 3, 2019 release date.
According to Hasekura, the game was delayed by a little bit from its “early 2019” window of release, but this was for the sake of quality. The versions released will be for Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, Oculus Go, and PC. Do note that the PC version will be more of a video of the animations rather than an interactive experience, as it is an extra option outside of the VR versions.
As previously mentioned, the PlayStation VR and Oculus Quest are also meant to get the game, but they will be getting it later, in Summer 2019. You can read more in our previous translated interview here.
Spice & Wolf VR will come to the HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, and PC on June 3, 2019. The game also is coming to Oculus Quest, and also PlayStation VR in Summer 2019.
