Bloodstained Shovel Knight Crossover Shown In Launch Trailer

Recommended Videos

The launch trailer for Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night has been released, and it does more than show off playable versions of Miriam, the main character, and Zangetsu, a post-launch playable character. At the very end of the video, it seems like a Bloodstained Shovel Knight crossover is in effect.

At the 1:45 mark, just after the “available now” message is shown, people see Miriam drop into a chasm from a higher floor. She then transforms into a knight in blue armor that is wielding a shovel. We then get to see Shovel Knight go through some of Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night’s areas, defeating foes with the shovel.

Here is the Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night launch trailer.

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It will come to the Nintendo Switch on June 25, 2019. 13 free add-ons will be released after launch, and the Boss Rush and Speedrun modes are a part of the day-one update.
