Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Will Get A Horizon: Zero Dawn The Frozen Wilds On The PlayStation 4 (Update)

A PlayStation 4-exclusive Monster Hunter World: Iceborne event has been announced, though Capcom let the details slip a little early. The company uploaded a trailer to YouTube that showed a look at a Horizon: Zero Dawn The Frozen Wilds collaboration, but then pulled it. However, people saw it online before it disappeared.  (Thanks, Resetera!)

Since the video has been pulled, only a few images of the new Aloy equipment people will be able to earn are currently available. The outfit looks like original winter attire, though it seems like it could be influenced by the Banuk Ice Hunter Master and Carja Blazon Master outfits Aloy wore in Horizon: Zero Dawn The Frozen Wilds.

This won’t be Aloy’s first Monster Hunter World outing. There was a Horizon: Zero Dawn special collaboration in the base game too. That appeared back in January 2018 and gave people and turned Palicos into Watchers. It had a February 2018 event that added Aloy attire.

Update: The trailer is now available again online. You can see it here.

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne will appear on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 6, 2019 and PC in January 2020. People will get free Guardian Armor to prepare for it.
