We recently learned details on Atelier Ryzaās battle system that comes with Mode Change, Tactics Level, Break & Breakdowns, and more. Gust released a new trailer that gives us a closer look at the basics of battle.
In addition to the cheeky thumbnail from Gust, the video gives us a look at the āreal-time tactics battleā system that is made with a sense of speed in mind. Party members perform follow-up attacks with Action Orders. Most of the damage comes from skills that are used with accumulated AP (Action Points).
The video highlights a few flashy special attacks. It also notes that players will get to select difficulty options so those who arenāt good at battles can still enjoy.

Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Scarlet Hideout releases for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in Japan on September 26, 2019. The game releases for PS4, Switch, and PC in North America on October 29, 2019 and in Europe on November 1, 2019.
