Sakura Wars Comes To Langrisser Mobile

People who want to spend a little more time with the characters from Sakura Wars ahead of its new game have a chance to see them in a crossover. Langrisser Mobile is going to bring in three of the series’ most recognizable characters and make them available until October 8, 2019 in the global version of the game. This also means people will have a chance to use Sakura Wars heroines in a strategy game again.

Sakura Shinguji and Sumire Kanzaki are a part of Langrisser Mobile’s Summon! Geki! Teikoku Kagekidan! event. Both appear as SSR heroes. Iris Chateaubri is an SR hero. Sakura’s final class is Evilslayer/Sakura Koubu, Sumire’s is Top Star/Sumire Koubu, and Iris’ is Esper/Iris Koubu. During the Echo of Light event, it is possible to get an additional skin for two characters, as if people reach certain recharge levels, they can pick two from six, with Sakura having an alternate Sakura Force look and Sumire having a second Sakura Blizzard look.

Here’s the Langrisser Mobile Sakura Wars collaboration trailer. As a reminder, Sumire will also be in Project Sakura Wars, which is an action-RPG.

Langrisser Mobile is available for Android and Apple iOS devices. As for the next Sakura Wars game, Project Sakura Wars will come to the PlayStation 4 in Japan on December 12, 2019 and to North America and Europe in Spring 2020.
