Metal Max Xeno Reborn Shows Off Pochi’s Return And Roaming Monsters

Today, Kadokawa Games released a teaser trailer for Metal Max Xeno Reborn, as well as more screenshots that show off major changes like the change from random battles to symbol encounters, and more. [Thanks, 4Gamer!]

 

Roaming Monsters

From the top of the bridge, you can check out many monsters lurking underneath. This game removes the series’ traditional random battles, and now hunters are encouraged to choose and hunt down the prey of their liking.

 

Beware of large groups of enemies

Giant ant enemies may be easy to take care of one by one, but beware of being overwhelmed if you carelessly provoke them.

 

Dystokio at night is dangerous!

When it’s nighttime, it’s even more dangerous. If you truly need to do so, navigate the area with your lights, and beware of lurking monsters while exploring.

Metal Max Xeno Reborn releases for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch this winter in Japan. Kadokawa Games also released info on Metal Max Xeno Reborn 2 earlier this month here.
