Fight of Animals Adds Longcat-Inspired Slender Cat to Its Roster

Fight of Animals, a fighting game where every character is based on an animal meme, has a new competitor. The latest free update has dropped Slender Cat into the ring. Fight of Animals Slender Cat has two recolor options, with one being white and the other being a Siamese coloring. In addition to ranged eye-lasers, it tends to attack by smacking opponents with the upper half of its head and exceptionally long body.

Here’s the Fight of Animals Slender Cat trailer.

Slender Cat, despite its name, is actually based on the longcat meme. Longcat was a 2chan image of a Japanese cat named Shiroi who is being held up by her upper body and looks exceptionally long. Her image has inspired similar images in other games and media. For example, 707 holds up a longcat-like animal in Mystic Messenger and Gigantamax Meowth has a longcat look.

Fight of Animals is available for PCs.
