Square Enix announced that Marvel’s Avengers preorders are now open. The game will have Earth’s Mightiest Edition and Deluxe Edition releases alongside the Standard Edition. The announcement came with a new trailer that shows off more of the game’s combat and story.
Additionally, players who preorder any version of the game at participating retailers get to try out a Marvel’s Avengers beta. They also get a Legacy Outfit pack that changes the Avengers to their classic looks, plus an exclusive nameplate. Preordering the game at certain retailers will also net fans a pin set, digital comic book, or a steelbook with art by Marvel artist Mark Brooks.
The Deluxe Edition will include the Obsidian Outfit pack (six hero outfits), six exclusive Obsidian nameplates, and 72-hour early access.
Meanwhile, Marvel’s Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Edition includes a full color 12” statue of Captain America, sculpted by Gentle Giant, plus a Hulk Bobblehead, Mjolnir Keychain, Black Widow’s Belt Buckle, Iron Man’s Prototype Armor Blueprints, Kamala Khan’s Honorary Avenger Pin, and a commemorative Avengers group photo, representing all the key characters of this game. Earth’s Mightiest Edition includes 72-hour early access to the Deluxe version of the game before its release on September 4, 2020.
For those who place a Marvel’s Avengers preorder via PlayStation Store, you’ll get bonuses such as a Ms. Marvel emote, and a dynamic theme featuring the Avengers’ hex pattern logo. Finally, a Digital Edition on the PS Store will net you a Ms. Marvel nameplate, and 1,000 credits for in-game customizations, and the aforementioned 72-hour early access to the game. If you pre-order any version of the game for PS4, you’ll be able to access the beta.
Marvel’s Avengers will come to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Stadia on September 4, 2020. PS4 players can access the beta for the game by pre-ordering any version of the title.
