The video starts out with a little tour of some of the office’s impressive art display. Koei Tecmo general producer Kou Shibusawa makes an appearance at the 1:45 mark of the video. Just look at him being all sweet with Morgana. He says that he even dressed in black and red for the occasion.

Kou Shibusawa says he put about 100 hours into Persona 5. However, the Persona game that he played the most is Persona 4 Golden for the PlayStation Vita, which he put in about 200 hours. He also reveals that his favorite Persona 5 character is Ann Takamaki, but he likes all the female characters for their cool and elegant action. As for male characters, his favorite is Ryuji Sakamoto because he’s best buddies with the protagonist.

The traditional RPG, good game balance, and story are just some of the main things that stand out for Kou Shibusawa when he thinks about the Persona series. However, he says that he was also a fan of Megami Tensei in the ’90s, which then became Shin Megami Tensei. He also loves everything about the demons, rebirth, and more from the series. He feels that the Persona series gets all of that and makes it cooler from graphics to characters. When it comes to it being stylish, Kou Shibusawa says Persona is on a level of its own.

Lastly, Shibusawa-san says that his reaction upon learning about Persona 5 Scramble happening was “Yay!” He loves the series and was excited about the idea of fusing the Musou Engine with the world of Persona. He says he felt it would be a good match well before starting development.

You can head to the 5:15 mark of the video for a look at some Persona 5 Scramble gameplay.
