The Dungeon Siege series has a new developer, Obsidian Entertainment, but it takes place in the same universe as the previous games. Dungeon Siege III is still set in Ehb, which is now in ruins. Players can restore the kingdom with a friend via drop-in and drop-out co-op.

While these screens just show dungeons (and lens flares), Dungeon Siege III has a dialogue tree system. When I saw the game menus let players pick responses similar to Mass Effect 2 or Dragon Age.
Dungeon Siege III is scheduled to come out on PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 early next year.
