Details about Hollow Knight Silksong, the follow-up to Hollow Knight that began its life as a Hornet expansion for the game before spinning off into its own Metroidvania entity, have been slim. However, details have been coming from Team Cherry and the latest was revealed after fans solved a riddle on Discord. A towering old predator, awaiting her children to come. Though her attention is fixed on her task, she seems to know much about the waning state of Pharloom, scorning the Citadel above and the hapless pilgrims that make their ascent towards it.
Hollow Knight Silksong is in development for the Nintendo Switch and PC. It does not yet have a definite release window. While details have been slim, its map system was confirmed at E3 2019.
