After being a teased a day ahead of his reveal, we now know that the Samurai Shodown For Honor Warden DLC is on the way. One of SNK’s two NGPX 2020 announcements was the character’s reveal. People will get plenty of chances to see him when he is added to the game on June 24, 2020. But before that, SNK released six screenshots of the character.
The Warden is a For Honor hero who has been in the game since launch. Wardens are one of the Knights representatives and are a Vanguard class known for being balanced. The Samurai Shodown Warden is armed with a longsword, as the class is in the original game, and is voiced by Masaki Terasoma. (Terasoma also voiced Saburo in Demon Slayer and Jubei in BlazBlue.) He’s known for the “End Them Rightly” execution in For Honor.
Here are the six Samurai Shodown For Honor Warden screenshots. Unfortunately, none of them show him readying the catapult for an attack.
Samurai Shodown is available for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. For Honor is available for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The Warden DLC will be added on June 24, 2020 and cost $5.99/€5.99 if purchased outside the Season Pass 2.
