It will cost ¥1,650, or approximately $15, and can be purchased through retailers like Amazon Japan. In addition, international shipping is available for specific regions. While it will include various tips and hints, it also has a special design catalog. This catalog lists all furniture by color, as opposed to type, making it easier to find items with matching color schemes for decorating purposes.
