Monster Hunter Rise Commercials Show off Heated Battles

Capcom uploaded new Monster Hunter Rise commercials to promote the game’s upcoming release. Both videos are available on Capcom’s official YouTube channel, which we’ve also embedded below. The title will launch worldwide on March 26, 2021. A demo is available now on the Nintendo Switch eShop.

The Monster Hunter Rise commercials do a great job of highlighting the game’s unique appeal–the announcer even emphasizes that everything is new. Fans get a good glimpse of the world, its Japanese aesthetic, and the monster redesigns. The videos also show off the new gameplay elements, like the Wirebug functionality and the new partner: the Palamute. Four hunters also fly off with their Wirebugs in the commercials, emphasizing cooperative play. The videos even squeeze in a montage of stylish moves with many of the game’s weapons.

As mentioned at the end of the Monster Hunter Rise commercials, a demo for the title is available for download now on the Nintendo Switch eShop. The download was so popular with fans that Nintendo’s eShop actually suffered server issues due to overload. The online store had to undergo emergency maintenance shortly after the trial version’s launch.

Monster Hunter Rise will release exclusively on the Nintendo Switch on March 26, 2021 in all regions.
