Atlus Reminds You To Mark Spoilers On Persona 5 Strikers PC Videos

With the global release of Persona 5 Strikers coming soon, Atlus is once again reminding people to be considerate of spoilers. The company tweeted from Morgana’s Japanese Persona PR account asking PC players to put spoiler warnings on Persona 5 Strikers‘ story-related uploads. [Thanks, Game*Spark.]

In the tweet, Atlus reminds everyone that Persona 5 Strikers has a new story that is a continuation of the original Persona 5. The company then asked players of the upcoming game to clearly mark spoiler warnings when uploading videos that contain storyline-related content, such as cutscenes and dialogues.

This isn’t the first time Atlus has requested players refrain from posting spoilers of its upcoming games. When Persona 5 Strikers was released in Japan as Persona 5 Scramble in February 2020, Atlus published new streaming guidelines.

The Japanese version of Persona 5 Strikers, released on the PS4 and Switch, have no-stream zones in certain parts of a game. This allows the company to block recordings of endgame segments. However, the PC release won’t have that capability, so the most Atlus can do is to ask people to be mindful of story-related spoilers. A similar occurrence happened with the PC release of Persona 4 Golden.

Persona 5 Strikers will release for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC on February 23, 2021.
