Monster Hunter Rise Will See The Return of Anjanath and Tobi-Kadachi

The five aforementioned monsters made their first appearances in the New World, where the previous game and its Iceborne expansion took place. The new video shows how Anjanath and the other World monsters will interact with the new environment in Monster Hunter Rise areas surrounding the Kamura Village.

Monster Hunter Rise‘s roster continues to grow. It not only includes newcomers but also sees monsters returning from World and even earlier titles as well. In the February 2021 Nintendo Direct, Capcom showed a trailer that introduced two more new monsters, Almudron and Rakna-Kadaki. The same trailer also included sightings of pre-World monsters like Rajang, Volvidon, and Basarios.

Capcom will release Monster Hunter Rise for Nintendo Switch on March 26, 2021. A PC version of the game is also in the works with a release window in early 2022. More details on the game are expected to be revealed during a series of Digital Events that will air from March 8, 2021.
