Although Sega has been producing games related to Hatsune Miku, such as Project Diva and Project Sekai, this title is developed internally by Crypton, the original owner of the Vocaloid character. This title is based on Hatsune Miku Logic Paint, a mobile game available for Android and iOS devices. The Crypton Mobile Content team initially revealed the Switch version with a tweet on March 1, 2021.

Logic Point S has over 350 nonogram puzzles, which also include large 20×20 maps. You can choose one of the 6 Piapro characters — Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, Megurine Luka, MEIKO, and KAITO — to accompany you throughout the game. The game also has 18 Vocaloid songs that can be set as background music and unlocked gradually by clearing missions.

Crypton published an introduction trailer for Logic Paint S to celebrate the game’s launch day. An English version of the trailer is also available to watch right below:

Hatsune Miku Logic Paint S is now available on Nintendo Switch with Japanese and English subtitles. Crypton is also holding a 25% discount sale to mark the game’s launch until March 31, 2021. It is normally $14, but is temporarily $10.50.
